Commercial heat rooms live a hard life: 12 or more hours of runtime, hundreds of door swings a day, wet swimsuits on benches, and cleaning chemicals on every surface. Our builds use commercial-grade heaters and steam generators rated for continuous duty, thick-cut bench lumber with concealed stainless fastening, ventilation sized to the occupancy load, and lighting rated for wet, hot environments.

Code compliance is handled from day one. That includes ADA-conscious entry and bench planning, proper egress and door swing, emergency controls and signage, GFCI-protected circuits, and full permitting with the City of Jacksonville. We coordinate with your GC, architect, or facility manager when the sauna is part of a larger buildout, or run the project entirely when it stands alone.
